Ranjini has extensive experience in handling transactions involving cross-border mergers and acquisitions (both private and public), strategic alliances, private equity and venture capital investments, commercial structuring and general corporate advisory, with a particular focus in the financial services and tech sectors. She has worked in prominent law firms in India where she regularly advised institutional investors, corporate groups, and international non-profits across a broad range of corporate transactions.
Ranjini is admitted to practice in both India and England & Wales.
