We are pleased to announce that Masayuki Otake has joined the Tokyo International Law Office team.

He has worked as a public prosecutor for 15 years, handling various criminal investigations and court trials, including serious fraud, corporate crime, and cybercrime. During his secondments at the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he was involved in bilateral and multilateral international affairs, including challenging intergovernmental negotiations, and worked within the UN Human Rights institution. Utilizing his extensive experience and knowledge in both prosecution and international relations, he is committed to serving the best interests of our clients at our law firm.
