We are pleased to announce that Yuri Aihara has joined the Tokyo International Law Office team.

Yuri brings a wealth of experience from her time working at a prominent global law firm, where she represented domestic and foreign companies in various corporate legal matters, including general corporate, litigations, M&A and competition law.

Additionally, she has experience working in the legal department of leading manufacturing company specializing in a broad range of products, including medical devices. In this capacity, Yuri managed various legal matters, including domestic and international commercial transactions, healthcare regulations, and intra-group reorganizations.

With her background as both outside and in-house counsel, Yuri leverages her expertise to offer comprehensive legal support that precisely aligns with the unique needs and expectations of the client.
