We are pleased to announce that Takaya Akagi has joined the Tokyo International Law Office team.

Takaya spent over seven years at a general corporate law firm, gaining experience in a wide range of matters including M&A, intra-group restructuring, corporate litigation and pre-litigation matters, as well as corporate governance.
