Honghai has been practicing at Japanese and Chinese law firms and companies for 17 years. His wide-ranging experience includes corporate/M&A, cross-border transactions, litigation, and arbitration. For five years, he worked in the Shanghai office of a leading Chinese law firm in these practice areas.
