We are pleased to announce that Yuta Yamasaki and Kosuke Nakano have joined Tokyo International Law Office team.

Yuta Yamasaki
Before joining TKI, Yuta served as a judge in several courts across Japan and presided over various court proceedings, including civil, criminal, family cases, and the special labor division of Tokyo District Court.
Yuta was also appointed as a public prosecutor during his secondment to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. During his time as a public prosecutor, he was part of the operations of the Central Authority under the Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction and provided assistance in facilitating the return of or access to children wrongfully removed or retained overseas.
With his unique combination of skills and experience in domestic court proceedings and international administrative operations, Yuta will represent and protect the best interest of his clients.

Kosuke Nakano
Kosuke worked as a prosecutor at the Tokyo District Public Prosecutor's Office and the Saga District Public Prosecutor's Office. During his time as a prosecutor, he conducted investigations and trials concernings corruption and election irregularities, corporate financial and economic crimes as well as general criminal cases. At Tokyo International Law Office, he will continue to utilize his experience and multifaceted career as a prosecutor while broadening his practice to provide advice that serves the interests of our clients.

The addition of Yuta and Kosuke to the firm will further support our commitment to deliver successful outcome for our clients.
