We are pleased to announce that Yoshitomo Matsuura has joined Tokyo International Law Office team.

Before joining TKI, Yoshitomo practiced at the Tokyo office of a major international law firm before becoming in-house counsel at a major Japanese trading house. His areas of expertise range from domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, reorganization transactions, joint ventures, competition law matters, to general corporate matters. With his experience acting as both in-house and external legal counsel, Yoshitomo brings an acute understanding of his clients’ interests and provides strategic legal advice in the best interest of his clients.
