We are pleased to announce that Naoko Ishihara has joined the Tokyo International Law Office team.

Naoko has more than 10 years of experience in the Tokyo office of a major U.S. law firm, representing Japanese and overseas companies in a wide range of litigation: including disputes relating to commercial transactions, computer system development, intellectual property, trade secrets and technology, as well as M&A, general corporate and commercial matters, IP transactions, and start-up and venture capital deals.  

Naoko also handles corporate investigations and regulatory matters, including violations of antitrust laws and employment policies. In recent years, she has advised transactions and disputes relating to online service providers, including on e-commerce matters and consumer protection regulations.

The addition of Naoko to the firm will further support our commitment to deliver successful outcomes for our clients.
