We are pleased to announce that Masaki Sekimoto (licensed in Japan and New York) has joined Tokyo International Law Office team.

Masaki worked at one of the largest Japanese law firms for 12 years, including the New York office for 2 years. He specializes in M&A and corporate matters.  He was seconded to the listing department of the Tokyo Stock Exchange for 2 years, and is familiar with the Japanese listing rules.

The addition of Masaki to the firm will further support our commitment to deliver successful outcomes for clients.
