Our experience also allows us to provide strategic advice to banks, insurance companies, and other financial institutions doing business in Japan.

We also assist companies in meeting their financing needs, providing advice on equity finance such as issuance of new shares, stock and bond acquisition rights, bank loans, acquisition finance and project finance. We also counsel clients on structuring and fund formation for various types of investment schemes.

Our practice also includes advising on domestic and international financial regulatory laws applicable to financial institutions, supporting the development and implementation of risk management and compliance programs, and counseling banks, insurance companies and other financial institutions on their business operations overseas.
