Kentaro Sakamaki handles a wide range of general corporate legal matters, focusing on domestic and international M&A and investment transactions, litigation and disputes, competition law (antitrust law, subcontract law, etc.), dealing with regulators, and handling financial and securities regulations. He also has experience representing Japanese companies in international arbitration and international trade (anti-dumping) matters. He draws from his experience in remote in-house secondments to private companies in striving to provide advice based on his understanding of the client’s business.
